At Mhtoon, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our Refund Policy is designed to provide you with a hassle - free experience in case you need to return, exchange, or request a refund for your order. Please review the details below carefully.
General Return and Refund Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange request. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 3 - 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Contact our customer service team at service@mhtoon.com and provide your order number, the reason for the return, and the items you wish to return.
- Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours on business days.
- Ship the items back to us using a reliable shipping method and keep the tracking number for your records.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items that are available in the desired size and color. Here’s how the exchange process works:
- Contact our customer service at service@mhtoon.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the size/color you prefer.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable). Ship the original item(s) back to us in their original condition.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will promptly ship out the exchanged item(s) to you at no additional shipping cost (excluding any differences in shipping fees for international orders, if applicable). If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you and offer you a refund or an alternative item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at
service@mhtoon.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage or defect, and attach clear photos of the item if possible.
- Our customer service team will assess the situation and, if the claim is valid, we will offer you the following options:
- A full refund to your original payment method.
- A free replacement of the damaged or defective item, provided it is in stock. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible and may also send you a prepaid return label for the damaged item.
- In some cases, we may offer you a partial refund as compensation if you prefer to keep the item.
